Cup of Tea psychotherapy is home to a group of psychotherapists in Ottawa. We also serve all Ontario online.

We use a holistic approach to help clients of various age, culture, and spirituality/religion overcome anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma (PTSD & c-PTSD), grief, interpersonal issues, burnout, and work-related stress.
