Hi! I’m Chantal
I’m a psychotherapist in Ottawa, Ontario.
I use a holistic approach to help clients of various age, culture, and spirituality/religion overcome anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma (PTSD & c-PTSD), grief, interpersonal issues, burnout, and work-related stress. I listen closely to my clients to help them align mind, body, and soul… in a way that feels right to them.
